General Information: The 2011 All Star Sports Complex tournament schedule will include tournaments for all levels of division play. Check with Tami Higgins @ 918-459-0399 on any details concerning All Star tournaments in 2011.
All Star is not responsible for tournaments ran by outside Tournament Directors or Organizations. If there are any questions feel free to call to inquire on any specific tournament.
Super Series Baseball: All Star will host Super Series National Qualifiers. Check our tournament schedule for dates and details. Check the www.superseriesbaseball.com for updated information on benefits, awards, insurance rates, etc. available when entering Super Series Tournaments.
All Super Series Qualifiers will use the Super Series Rules.

10th Annual Oklahoma-Texas Shootout: All Star will host the annual Shootout for 13yr old teams May 6-8, 2011. It will be a 4 gg.

Tourney Format: In general, three - four games are guaranteed for weekend tournaments, with a “pool play” format. A “double elimination” format may be needed or used for some tournaments. This may vary with the Shootout tournaments as they will be ran by outside tournament directors.
Entry Fees: All entry fees must be paid 14 days prior to the tournament. The fee is forfeited if the team drops out within 14 days of the scheduled starting date of a tournament. A $30.00 processing fee will be accessed for withdrawal before the 14-day limit. Entry fee payment secures your team slot.
Super Series Qualifier Special Rates:
8&u $100-14 days in advance/$125 less than 14 days
9-12yrs $150-14 days in advance/$175 less than 14 days
13-14yrs $200-14 days in advance/$225 less than 14 days
Insurance: Team insurance certificate is to accompany entry forms for all tournaments. Super Series Qualifiers must have Super Series listed as additionally insured if not stated on the certificate.
Team Withdrawals: In the event a team enters and pays the entry fee for any All Star event and then chooses to withdraw, with or without notification:
1. If the team withdraws more than 14 days in advance of the event and notifies All Star, a full refund, less a $30.00 administration fee shall be refunded.
2. If the team withdraws less than 14 days in advance of the event: No Refund.
3. If a team does not show up for an event or scheduled game within an event the team is disqualified from the tournament and no refund shall be given under any circumstances.
Trophies/Awards: Individual awards will be given for 1st & 2nd place teams (up to 13 players) for weekend tournaments.
Baseballs: Each team will provide 2 Diamond Dol-A or better quality baseballs for each game. Note: Diamond DSS-1 are better quality than Dol-A.
Pitching Rules/Time Limits/Run Rules: These will vary by tournament and age groups. A rule sheet will by provided in the coach’s packets.
Game Day Starts: Most tournaments start on Friday p.m. Be prepared to play Friday evening! No Exceptions!
Gate Fees: Adults - $5.00 per day. Children (6-12yrs) - $2.00 per day. 5 and under will be admitted free. Each team will receive three (3) coaches passes. Additional ones may be purchased at the admission gates. All Star will not be responsible for lost or forgotten gate admission tickets. You will need to purchase another one. NO GATE REFUNDS, NOR RAIN CHECKS, AT ANY TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS! If play is in doubt due to inclement weather or rain, wait till play begins to enter the park.
Parking: Is at each individuals own risk. Balls hit are not always confined to the field of play. All Star is not liable for any damage or theft as a result of a vehicle parked in our lots. DO NOT leave valuables in your car especially in view. Parking in neighboring business lots or blocking the flow of traffic may result in your vehicle being towed at the owners expense.
Pets: NO PETS ALLOWED
Park Rules: Full set of rules are posted at the admission gates. Please READ and adhere to them.
- No Coolers are allowed unless they have cool towels for players. Gate keepers will check coolers.
- No outside food or drink is allowed .
- Firearms are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking tobacco is allowed in designated areas only.
- No skateboards, bikes, scooters, roller blades or roller skates.
- No aritficial noisemakers or air horns allowed.
