• In general, three (3) games are guaranteed with a “pool play” format or a double elimination format to be used. This will be determined after the number of teams entered is confirmed.
• Prizes: 1st & 2nd Place Team Trophies and Individual Awards.
• Tournament Roster must be turned in prior to first scheduled game.
• Teams are responsible for all umpire fees.
• Softballs – must be the All Star Sports Complex stamped ball.
• Rain out number: 918-365-5516
• Entry Deadline: Thursday @ noon preceding the tournament date. No entry guarantee if not entered by deadline.
• NO PETS OR ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN THE BALLPARK/COMPLEX.
*ANY CHECKS RETURNED FOR INSUFFICENT FUNDS WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING ON A CASH BASIS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SEASON.
