ITINERARY FOR AAYBA TULSA, OKLAHOMA
FRIDAY evening 9th - Early Bird Team check-in at All Star Sports Complex from 6pm until 8pm. (All team players must check in together as a team).
SATURDAY July 10th –
• Team check-in (All team's players must check-in together as a team – IN UNIFORM).

• Team Pictures
• Purchase gate passes ($35 at check-in, $40 per adult at gate).

• Team Parade and Opening Ceremonies
9:00 am -11:00 am Team Check-in
• At the All Star Sports Complex 10309 E. 61st St Tulsa, OK 74133
11:15am- 12:00pm Coaches Meeting at All Star Sports Complex
• Mandatory for team coaches
• All Star, BAYB, AAYBA, and UIC
12:15pm- 12:45pm Team Mom/Representative Meeting at All Star Sports Complex
• Mandatory for 1 Representative from each team
• Goodies and information for the week will be handed out

8:00pm- 9:00pm Team Parade and Opening Ceremony @ Nienhuis Park Community Center 3201 N 9th St , Broken Arrow , OK 74012
• Teams start lining up at Nienhuis Park Community Center for parade @ 7:30pm (Wear Jerseys)
• Welcoming remarks
• Teams parade onto field
• Announce skills competition winners after teams assemble on the field
• National Anthem
9:00 Ceremony Concludes
SUNDAY & MONDAY - Round one games begin starting time approx. 8:00am. All teams will play a total of three games.
MONDAY – El Chico Restaurant Night. Discounts given to AAYBA Teams 5:00-10:00pm
TUESDAY - No games scheduled, however, in the event of inclement weather games can and will be played on this day. Teams will be seeded for round two and round two schedules will be posted online at www.aayba.com
.AAYBA Day at BASS PRO and Surrounding Restaurants is TUESDAY JULY 13TH.
BASS PRO Fishing and Arcade Tournament will be held on Tuesday.
Teams will be invited for a leisurely fishing and arcade tournament at BASS PRO SHOP 101 Bass Pro Drive Broken Arrow, OK
Fishing poles will be sold to AAYBA Players at a reduced cost, or just bring your own. The admission to this event is FREE!!
Also Families will receive discounts from the Restaurant inside BASS PRO or surrounding Charleston's and Lone Star Restaurants (kids eat free at Lone Star) all day on Tuesday.
WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY - games resume, round two begins, starting times 8-9am.
WEDNESDAY – GOLF TOURNAMENT AT GILLIGAN'S ISLAND GOLF COURSE AT THE ALL STAR SPORTS COMPLEX
Athletes participating in the golf tournament will receive a discount on miniature golf. All Score cards shall be turned in to the front desk and the winner of the golf tournament will receive a prize.
THURSDAY – CICI'S PIZZA DAY 732 W. NEW ORLEANS ST BROKEN ARROW, OK 74012
Cici's Pizza will offer discounts to all teams coming in as a group in uniform jersey. Great Buffet and video games.
SATURDAY - Games conclude, all teams will play one at least one game on this day, awards ceremony following each team's final game, all players on all teams will receive an award of some type. Teams need to meet at the tournament tent at the conclusion of your final game. Players must be present to receive their award.
SUNDAY - Rain date - games will only be played in the event of inclement weather.
The Staff at All Star Sports Complex and at Broken Arrow Youth Baseball would like to thank all the teams participating in our event. We hope to make this very memorable for your teams and families.
