Gerit Simpson with Dr. Higgins
GERIT SIMPSON - BASEBALL INSTRUCTOR
Gerit played baseball for Connors and for the University of Texas. He them played with the Tulsa Drillers and was drafted by the Colorado Rockies and
played 5 years with them before moving on to play with the Milwaukee Brewers.
Brian Kirby - Baseball Instructor
Brian played 4 years of Baseball for the Arkansas Razorbacks. He was drafted in the 31st round by the
Cleveland Indians in 2001. He was with the Indians from 2001-2003 and then went to play for the Springfield
Ducks in 2004 then with the Colorado Rockies in 2005.
Jeremy Griffith - Baseball Instructor
Jeremy was a 4 letter winner at Bixby High School. He played college ball at
Seminole State and Southern Arkansas University. He was referred to SSC by scouts for the
New York Yankees and Tampa Bay Rays but Tommy John surgery cut his career short.
He assisted with baseball camps at Seminole State and Scouthern Arkansas University.
